Market Segmentation
We identified a specific target market for this event and developed an effective campaign to convert them into potential customers.
Branding
After careful analyzation and brainstorming, our team of graphic designers created a unique and appealing logo to best embody the race. This logo will be included in all of our promotional materials, including flyers and posters for the event. It will also be used on different social media platforms to promote the event as well.

Below is the promotional flyer that we designed for Edisto’s event. It will be distributed in specifically targeted areas to reach the maximum number of potential customers.
This poster contains details about Sponsorship Packages that are available to potential sponsors of the event to purchase. There are four package options to choose from- Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, each with a different cost and benefits. Each package will result in a win-win scenario for both Edisto and sponsors.
Advertising and Public Relations
We develop specific and creative advertising tools directed to the target market. These tools aim to capture the interest of potential customers and for them to take action.
Social Media Marketing
To spread the word about the event, we apply strategic placement of advertisements on various social media platforms. Our team also handles any questions from potential participants and sponsors.
Post-Event Evaluation
Panorama Press has survey forms for the participants and sponsors in order to get their feedback about their experience with the event. We will have a post-event meeting with Edisto and re-cap the entire event from planning to execution, to identify the strengths as well as any areas that may need improvement.
